Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two convenient shipping options to customers worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia):
- Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (for orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges Policy
While we strive for your complete satisfaction with our glow LED night sports games, holiday hats, LED jewelry, and party decorations, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Our hassle-free returns policy is designed to make things right!
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- A proof of purchase receipt or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- LED drinkware (opened or used)
- Holiday hats (worn)
- Any LED wearables that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of use
- Party balloons accessories (opened packages)
- LED party favors and toys that have been removed from packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to our returns address (provided with your RMA instructions)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.
