4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping (for orders over $50) via EMS: 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our website are delivered pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5.1 Return Policy

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• A proof of purchase receipt or order number is required

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• LED drinkware (opened or used)
• Holiday hats (worn)
• LED wearables removed from original packaging or showing signs of use
• Party balloons accessories (opened packages)
• LED party favors and toys removed from packaging

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number and product details
3. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
4. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside
5. Ship to our returns address

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.5 Exchanges

For exchanges, we ship the replacement item after receiving the returned product. Standard shipping charges apply for the new item. Price differences will be charged or refunded as appropriate.
